Workshops are available Online or in Nosara, Costa Rica.
Our Truth is within us and it simply ‘knows’ our path in this world. Vast wisdom and understanding can be revealed when we come to know our Truth - this is the place where patterns and protective layers metamorphose. In this place healing occurs naturally. This is where the emotional self reaches a state of alchemy and we come to know our infinite potential.

Workshop: Somatic Emotional Release & Guided Meditation (2 hours)
These workshops offer a combination of practical-based healing, learning, and understanding of ones emotional, physical, spiritual, & mental selves. Underlying this is the coming to understand your own Truth and how Truth as frequency is the foundation of infinite possibilities and awareness. This is Alignment of self. From this place healing occurs. There are limitless spheres to explore from this place.
Workshops end by entering into a deep meditative state where you will be guided to connect with your Truth from an embodied level and build a relationship with your inner knowing in new and expansive ways.
Each workshop is different based on the people present. There is time to work on somatic and embodied practices at an individual level.
This is also your opportunity to ask questions about personal challenges that you may be experiencing.

Workshop: Mastering Energy, Somatic Emotional Release & Guided Meditation (2.5 hours)
Through practical exercises Brea teaches you to come to know your own energetic and emotional frequencies, how your energy interacts with that of others, and how you can begin to refine and become a master of your own energy.
Participants are supported to understand how and where old emotional patterns are held in the body. These may include past traumatic occurrences and emotions such as grief, rejection, anger, shame, regret, abandonment, loneliness, despair, etc. Through this process of knowing and awareness a relationship is built within you in a new way that creates the safety for release and transformation. Simultaneously, the old stories that have been plaguing the mind have the opportunity to detach.
Workshops end by entering into a deep meditative state where you will be guided to connect with your Truth from an embodied level and build a relationship with your inner knowing in new and expansive ways.

Group Acupuncture & Intuitive Healing (2.5 hours)
The combined power of Acupuncture and Intuitive Healing is a uniquely transformational experience for each individual. Sessions take place with both Todd Howard and Brea. Todd works with each person to assess individual needs and provide acupuncture-based therapies.
Brea works with the spiritual, emotional, physical & mental bodies utilizing both hands-on and energetic techniques to restore balance and harmony and assist you in reaching the frequency needed for healing.
$700/USD (maximum 10 people). Please inquire for lager groups.
